How quickly is my order shipped and cost?

All orders for boat carpet ship to you for FREE through FedEx Ground. Majority of the orders placed will ship within 24 to 48 hours. Every roll of marine grade carpet is rolled and packaged in 6 mil heavy plastic for protection when shipped.

We have multiple warehouses that specialize in products, so in some cases different products will be delivered sooner than others.

We offer free shipping on all boat carpet throughout the U.S. except for Hawaii and Alaska. We offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and all International Shoppers for an additional cost. Please, contact our sales representatives by email or phone so we can determine the proper quote for you.

What if I need a custom cut to fit by boat?

BoatCarpet.com is proud to offer its customers custom cut carpet at a small charge. If you desire a custom cut for your boat, please go to our "Contact Us" page on our website and send us a message with your contact information, boat size, style and make. One of our service representatives will then contact you via email or phone within 24-48 hours with a price quote and options. Soon as you place your custom cut carpet order, allow 2 weeks for carpet to be delivered.

 

 

Do I get a discount for buying in bulk?

We offer bulk rolls that measure 50' and 100' on our website at great prices. If you are interested in buying multiple rolls please go to our wholesale inquiries page and request a quote for the best prices on the web.

 

What sizes of boat carpet do you offer?

BoatCarpet.com offers all styles of carpet in industry standard lengths of: 16', 20', 25', 30', 50' and 100'. The widths of our carpet that we offer on our website differ by style. Below is the different widths and lengths available for each style and weight.

Is there sales tax?

Only on orders that ship to addresses in the State of Michigan are subject to Michigan state sales tax.

 

Is a particular product in stock?

All products on our website are in stock unless a notification on the product page says otherwise. Product stock is updated daily, and all products that are not available will display a notification indicating that the particular item is temporarily out of stock.

 

Do you match competitors prices?

Here at BoatCarpet.com, we have done extensive research on all of our products to make sure that our prices are extremely competitive. BoatCarpet.com already has the lowest prices on everything we sell, but if you somehow happen to find a better price online, and meet the qualifications listed below, your price match will be accepted.

Price Match Qualifications:

  • We will match a printed advertised price on the identical in-stock item from authorized dealers in the USA.
  • Price match ONLY qualifies for new items (including the competitors shipping cost and tax).
  • Discontinued items, clearance, auctions and open-box items, even from authorized dealers, DO NOT count.
  • Prices will only be matched at the point of sale.
  • BoatCarpet.com reserves the right to not sell at or below our total cost.

 

If I need to return my boat carpet for any reason, how do I go about doing so?

BoatCarpet.com is dedicated to providing its customers with the best possible products and service available. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for an exchange or refund. In order to receive a full refund merchandise must be:

  • returned within 30 days of your purchase
  • brand new
  • completely unused condition
  • contain original packing slip

***Any item returned after 30 days will incur a 15% restock fee***

To return or exchange merchandise, please contact our customer service department by emailing support@boatcarpet.com or by calling toll free 800-456-8477. Your representative will give you a return authorization number. Please enter this number at the top of our Return Authorization Form, that can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.

What to do if I receive a damaged item?

  • Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged.
  • You must contact us within 21 days of receiving a damaged order. This is the deadline our shipper gives us for filing damage claims. If you wait longer than 21 days, we will need to charge a 15% replacement fee, because of the additional cost to us.
  • In order for your damage claim to be processed as quickly as possible, please provide us with a photo of the damage so we can work through the proper channels.
  • Please be very careful when opening your new carpet packages, as we will not be responsible for damage caused by cutting open the plastic wrap or cardboard boxes. Boat carpet that has been sliced during unpacking cannot be returned to us for a full refund.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped or while it is transit are responsible for all shipping costs and fees incurred to cancel or reschedule the shipment plus a 15% restocking fee. If you need to cancel an order you must contact us immediately, as you will be responsible for all costs associated with restocking and rerouting the shipment.
